The Bear Creek Lake Resort “Ultimate Family ATV Getaway” Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest begins upon launch and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
To enter, participants must:
(i) tag two (2) friends in the designated contest post on social media, and
(ii) complete and submit the official entry form on the contest landing page.
Both steps are required for a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted via email and/or phone. To be declared a winner, Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
The prize consists of:
• A two (2) night cabin stay at Bear Creek Lake Resort
• ATV trail access for up to four (4) machines
• Access to private trails and resort amenities
Approximate retail value (ARV): $XXX CAD/USD. Actual value may vary depending on booking dates and availability.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Travel to and from the resort, ATV rentals (if required), insurance, fuel, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
Blackout dates and availability restrictions apply. Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
All ATV riders must comply with resort policies, including helmet use and proof of valid insurance where required.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bear Creek Lake Resort, its affiliates, partners, and advertising agencies from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this contest and in accordance with Bear Creek Lake Resort’s privacy policy. Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and not required to enter.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
